1. Inquire
Click the inquire link above to request more information about Saint Mary's School.

2. Schedule School Tour
Schedule a Tour by completing the sign up within the Inquiry form.

3. Click to Create an Account
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

4. Click to Start Application
You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

5. Request/Submit Required Documents
Please be sure that all applicable documents are provided to the admissions office:

Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Parish Affiliation Form, if Catholic
Most Recent Report Card, grades 1-8 ONLY
Standardized Tests, grades 1-8 ONLY
504s/IEP, if applicable
Birth-3, if applicable for Pre-K4 ONLY

While we try our best to accommodate the needs of all potential students, we have limited resources and cannot always accommodate every situation. If your child has a 504 or IEP or has Birth-3 services, a scheduled meeting with our admissions department is required in order to gather specific information about your child's needs.

6. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $75 application fee.
